The Woman Behind the Smile – Women’s Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Conference 2026 is a women-focused conference created to provide a safe and meaningful space for women to connect, learn and have honest conversations about their wellbeing.
The maiden edition will focus on two important areas:
1. Hormonal Literacy & the Mood Connection
Understanding the relationship between hormonal changes, mood and women’s wellbeing across different stages of life.
2. Boundary Setting & Managing the Mental Load
Helping women recognise the invisible responsibilities they carry, set healthy boundaries and protect their emotional and mental space.
The conference welcomes women from different backgrounds—single or married, young or older, mothers and non-mothers.
