Processing fee at checkout is typically 3% + ₦100. You choose whether buyers pay it on top or you absorb it from your payout. The checkout page shows the fee that applies.

Yes. Attendees can buy paid tickets through Andala checkout, or claim free tickets, without creating an Andala account. Wallet payment requires an Andala login.
Can I share my event on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every event has a public link you can share on WhatsApp, and the event page includes WhatsApp share actions.
What payment methods are supported?
Attendees can pay by card or bank via Andala checkout. Free tickets are supported. Wallet payment is available for signed-in Andala users.
Do tickets include QR codes?
Yes. After a successful registration, attendees get a digital ticket with a QR code for check-in, plus print/PDF options.
Can I offer multiple ticket types?
Yes. Create Early Bird, Standard, VIP, and other types with their own prices, capacities, and sales windows.
How do I check guests in?
Use the organizer check-in tools to scan QR codes or look attendees up manually at the door.

How much does event ticketing cost?
Creating events is included with your Andala account. At checkout, buyers typically pay the ticket price plus a processing fee of 3% + ₦100. You receive your listed ticket amount.
Can I refund tickets?
Where supported in the product, organizers can cancel registrations and process refunds. Refunds for account-linked buyers can credit an Andala wallet. Guest card/bank purchases are not auto-refunded to the original card through Andala.
